Convert Videos With Vlc For Free

Ever faced a situation where you where required to convert a video or extract audio from a video? If yes then this tool can help you to do that for free.

Steps :

Open VLC Player . Press “ Ctrl + R “ or go to Media tab And select Convert/Save.

You will see a windows like this. Select the media file you want to convert by clicking on the Add button and add your file.

Click the arrow with the Convert/Save button and select Convert from the drop down menu.

You will see an image like shown above. First select browse and give your file a name and press ok. Second step is to choose the format of your output file . Select it from the drop down menu. You can yourself customize the format by clicking on the tool button on the left of the red cross. Third step is to Press the Start Button.

Your Video will begin converting into your desired format . You will see something like
Streaming in the bottom. Now after the conversion go to your file and play it in VLC.
